Epson SureColor S9160 - Eco Solvent
Signage & Décor - High Quality Signage Production
The SureColor S9160 sets a new standard in signage printing, delivering exceptional image quality and an expanded colour gamut with an 11-colour UltraChrome GS3 ink set, including Red, Orange and an all-new Green. Equipped with a PrecisionCore MicroTFP printhead, the SC-S9160 features an integrated temperature sensor and nozzle verification technology to ensure consistent colour accuracy, reliable image quality and enhanced productivity.
Engineered with Epson’s latest technology, the user-replaceable printhead minimises downtime, providing a seamless and efficient printing experience.

The SureColor S9160 delivers exceptional image quality and consistent results thanks to Epson's PrecisionCore MicroTFP printhead and UltraChrome GS3 inks. The SC-S9160 utilises an advanced 11-colour ink set, including Red, Orange and an all-new Green for vibrant, high-impact prints with true-to-life colours, as well as opaque white ink, which can be used on clear or dark substrates to add versatility and enhance colour. This expanded ink set delivers a broad colour gamut and enables vibrant and accurate prints on a variety of media types, including vinyl, canvas, film, wallpaper and other roll media up to 1625 mm.

64" Dye Sub Fabric, Soft Signage & Merchandise Printer
The SureColor F9560 is a high-performance roll-to-roll 64” dye sublimation printer that offers high image quality with fast performance and economic operation. It suits a wide range of production applications from customised fabric and garments to quality décor and merchandise, premium hard and soft signage. It can be ordered in either a 4c or 6c configuration and uses a dual 1.6L ink pouch style supply with hot swap. Prints are made on paper which is transferred (sublimated) via a heat press onto material with a polyester base or polyester pre-treatment.
The SC-F9560 is designed for high production volumes. It combines a large 1.33” Epson print head with advanced Epson Dye Sublimation ink, a high-capacity tray-loaded ink system, and advanced Precision Dot image processing. All components work together to enable superior imaging with fine gradation, an expanded gamut, and high colour density. The engine and ink system enable cost-effective production at speeds up to 113 sqm/hr. An integrated heater and Auto-Take-Up (ATU) enables fast and efficient roll-to-roll production for operation with a calendar style heat press.

Epson SureColor R5000 - Resin (Latex)
64" Production Signage & Décor Printer
The SureColor R5000 is designed to produce signage, décor and promotional material. It uses aqueous (water-based) resin ink that is similar to Latex but formulated for enhanced scratch resistance and a lower curing temperature. Enhanced print durability is matched with enhanced mechanical reliability and a reduced running cost. Lower curing temperatures enable reduced power consumption and wider media compatibility. When applied with Epson print head, image processing and media handling, it enables output with superior consistency and quality. Applications include durable indoor/outdoor signs, banners, wall coverings, decals/stickers, film, and even custom fabric.
The SC-R5000 combines Epson imaging technology with new Epson UltraChrome RS ink. The printer supports rapid job turnaround with superior print quality. Output can be produced quickly and laminated with minimal delay. Images can be made with colour that is accurate and repeatable, in sizing that is accurate and consistent. The printer meets the latest OH&S standards and can be operated in a variety of environments including offices and studios. It uses cost-effective bag-based ink and offers outstanding value with high reliability and low maintenance.

The head is driven by Epson Precision Dot Technology with a new multi-layer halftone system that enables high-speed production with reduced grain and banding. The printer ships complete with Epson Edge Print software which provides access to the full capabilities of the print engine. Stable and consistent colour makes this printer perfect for tiling and wallpaper applications. Multiple print modes with selectable resin optimiser application (in-line or post overlay) provide enhanced flexibility for quality and speed adjustment.

76" Dye Sub Fabric & Soft Signage Printer
The SureColor F11060 is designed to support high-volume roll-to-roll production in widths from 36” to 76”. It combines a heavy-duty engine with precision media tracking and our latest printhead technology. It supports production at up to 255 m2/hr with a high-capacity ink system, a choice of 4c and 6c configurations and a new (optional) heavy-roll feed unit. Fabric manufacture has never been this fast, efficient, and cost-effective.
The SC-F11060 achieves an outstanding gamut with just 4 inks. It uses Epson Precision Dot Technology with UltraChrome DS ink to enable output with intense, accurate and consistent colour. For those with demanding applications, it can be ordered in a 6c configuration (SC-F11060H) with two additional channels for either Light Cyan and Light Magenta, Orange and Violet or Fluorescent Pink and Yellow ink. The printer features automated media setup and advanced tracking for quality imaging at the fastest speeds. It supports the widest range of media and has an optional heavy feed system for rolls up to 500 kg. The printer incorporates advanced self-cleaning and printhead management for consistent output with minimal supervision and maintenance. For maximum uptime, it operates with Epson Cloud Solution PORT and supports optional user self-replacement of the printheads.
