ABG Digilase 4.0
The Digilase 4.0 is an innovative digital finishing machine, with state-of-the-art laser cutting technology. Traditional die cutting tools are not required, which saves capital investment, set up time, waste, storage space and the need for heavy manual lifting. This means that both short and long runs can be processed quickly, so that you could offer same day delivery for a wide range of labels.
ABG Digicon Lite 3
The Digicon Lite 3 is an excellent solution to day-to-day applications providing additional capacity at busy times. Capable of Cold Foiling, Super varnish, Autolit with gap sensor, Iscore, Sheeter and now semi rotary flexo, giving your business a real clear and competitive advantage.
ABG DigiJet
Opening up a new world of high quality digital embellishments techniques, DigiJet gives an online or offline fully digital system, allowing for multiple processes in one pass, including spot varnishing, cold foiling and tactile screen on any size of print run. DigiJet's main features include two inkjet heads with UV pinning and UV curing, automated cold foil throw-off, a shuttle system for inspection and waste reduction, chill rollers for sensitive materials, pre-press software and food compliant fluids. Available in single bar or dual bar configurations, DigiJet technology allows the quantity of varnish to be easily adjusted to a depth of 225 microns. thereby varying the required finish. Jobs can be automatically changed on the fly and the DigiJet module can be integrated with workflow and MIS options as preferred.
ABG Omega SRI
The Omega SRI is a powerful, efficient and versatile label finishing system, which offers three high speed functions: slitting, rewinding and inspection. It is also fitted with our own 100% fleyeVision inspection equipment.

Quick fast and clean, it is especially suitable for rewinding labels which have been printed on heat sensitive substrates, or using heat sensitive ink, finishes or decorations.
ABG Non-Stop Unwinder
ABG's market-leading unwind technology is helping to deliver enhanced product quality all around the world. This combined with the improved productivity and reduced material waste means the NSU is the perfect partner for any label press. ABG Non-stop unwinders are configurable in both narrow and wide web formats to increase productivity and efficiency in the printing and converting processes as well as reduce waste with the nonstop feeding of web materials. The NSU is compatible with both the Digicon Series 3 and Omega converters as well as other non-ABG machines. Non-stop production is achieved by automatically butt splicing the leading roll edge of a new roll to the trailing end of the current, running roll without any drop in process speed. The machine is highly efficient and ensures as little roll material is wasted as possible during this process. The NSU is fully compatible with ABG's camera inspection technology to further ensure product quality and further improve the capabilities of this already highly capable machine.

ABG Non-stop rewinders can be configured in two formats; wide web and narrow web. This gives the ability to a customer to have a machine that can be tailored to their requirements all the while not only boosting productivity also reduce material waste. The NSR is compatible with both the Digicon Series 3 and Omega converters as well as other non-ABG machines. The NSR has multiple rewind spindles each of which has the capability to hold rewound material. These spindles allow us to achieve non-stop production by automatically tying off the end of a completed roll while automatically joining the web to a newly prepared core on a second spindle, all without any drop in process speed. The machine is highly efficient and ensures as little roll material is wasted as possible during this process.
